Pick Play

Setting and defending against picks is an integral part of the game. An on-ball pick can create room for both the ball carrier or the pick setter. Defensively, an on-ball pick can provide an opportunity to switch or even double team the ball carrier. An off-ball pick can spring a teammate free for a cut to the goal. The variety of options presented by utilizing picks make pick play one of the most exciting and technically difficult aspects of the game.
